This has been one of the worst dentist visits ever. I will save that story for when I get back from dinner. For now let’s talk about my technical difficulties.
Monday night Lappy started acting stupid. Threw some outlook error about a file being already in use. OH well. By Tamera, on January 27th, 2008 It’s Sunday. Yesterday was somewhat of a busy day, I just don’t feel like I 1) got anything done or 2) really enjoyed the day. We went to Indy for my brother’s bday party. He hosted it at his house serving Chili. We had planned to getting there early enough to hit the Cash and Carry so I could get some cake boxes. Well before we even left we discovered that we were not going to get to Indy early enough. That’s ok I ahve a dentist appointment on Monday. By Tamera, on January 25th, 2008 I so need longer weekends. Maybe I should check the vacation balance and take a day off here and there. So I started looking at some job postings in Indianapolis. Then I started thinking about how much money that would really be. So 60k job sounds pretty nice doesn’t it? Well not anymore. 60k – 6000 (auto/commute expenses – BTW that doesn’t include me getting a new car (baby is a lease and only good for 10,000 miles a year) that leaves 54000. 54000 – 8000 (appox what Purdue puts into my retirement) we are now down to 46000 a year. Sorry things went poorly last night and I failed to get a picture taken. Now I could of easily cheated and taken one of the earlier photos and redated it but that seems wrong. I don’t think I even made it a month. 🙁

By Tamera, on January 21st, 2008 Yesterday we decided to cook a ham, yeah it’s not Christmas but what the heck. After picking up a 17 lb ham at Sam’s (btw on sale for 1.48 a lb), we brought it home and proceeded to lob off a few chunks to put in the freezer. We ended pulling a 3 lb and 2.4 lb section off, then there were these other parts for a total of 7 lbs. Now we have a 10 lb ham to cook. WOW that is a lot of ham, so anyone want a ham sandwich?

By Tamera, on January 20th, 2008 Let me tell you about yesterday. Kerry got up early to go help work on his grandmother’s house that was water damaged by the flood. This got the dogs up therefore getting me up too. No big deal I guess 8 am is still sleeping in. 🙂 So my plan for the long weekend is to SEW. I got some feed back from Bonnie about my doggie bandanna so I wanted to attempt a few modifications. There is the laptop bag that I wanted to get started on and then there is Gwen’s foot. So I am done talking about work today! Tonight I got home and I had no picture, I must add that I totally MISSED an OMG awesome shot of this small herd of deer. Are they herds? Let’s check. Wikipedia says it’s so.
